winHR

Based on your organisation structure, winHR allows you to record and track information relating to the employees within.

winHR is a mature product and as such has everything you would expect in a serious human resource management system.

Integration is a strength of winHR, which means no matter what payroll system you use, you can be comfortable that an integrated solution is available. In fact, the unique ability to integrate into numerous payrolls means we have clients using many different payrolls including Attache, Arrow, MYOB, Micropay, Chris, Winpay, HR3, LewisPack and even bureau payrolls such as ADP.

Features of winHR allow you to streamline processes, organise documents, automatically trigger emails, display and print reports and graphs and automatically fill forms. Importantly, all the information is contained in one database meaning no more makeshift Excel spreadsheets or Access databases.

Advanced security aspects allow you to limit what users can see, including subsets of information and particular employees based on management structures. Self-service allows an employee to only see their own information.

winHR grows with you. If you have quite a few users or large amounts of data, client-server can be enabled with the flick of a switch, meaning no complex upgrade and conversion requirements.

winOHS

winOHS has all the components necessary to keep on top of the ever-increasing demands of OHS management.

Like winHR, winOHS has been around for a number of years, and therefore is a very mature product.

As many aspects of human resource overlap into the OHS arena, winOHS includes all aspects of winHR, meaning even more 'bang for buck'. The same features, therefore apply in terms of security and growth. As the user interface is the same, learning curves are minimised.

You can define an unlimited area structure and report and graph on this at your will. This enables you to quickly see trends and be pro-active in preventing incidents and injury and thereby increase productivity.

The seemingly ever-ending number of forms that need to be filled out can be automated by scanning in document templates and having values automatically filled for you.

Shared data between HR and OHS allow you to view information from different angles, for example, costs or time lost from an incident point of view, or the same information from an employee's point of view.

Allocations

allocations encompasses the mainstream workflow required of organisations, such as agencies, who perform short-term placements of people, these predominantly being casual employment forces.

The standard workflow includes rostering of people to shifts based on availability and skills, the tracking of attendance, then paying the person on a regular basis, and invoicing the client, if placing on behalf of clients.

A sophisticated award interpretor allows you to setup multiple awards, maybe at a global level or location level, or even at an individual client level

Reports, such as payslips and invoices are defined to your needs. Other reports help you track key performance indicators such as unfilled shifts, time to fill shifts and cost analysis across different skill sectors.

Multiple users are supported and each can be given a different level of security, where for example a user may only be allowed to enter the bookings area.

Integration enables you to setup a report than can automatically be exported into your accounting system directly.

Like winHR and winOHS, allocations is ever-evolving, and many exciting enhancements are being built based on the information received from the industries and clients.

 
Allocations
